 Bishop Donald Watkins, Jr. is a Pastor with a heart to serve!  He is a dynamic teacher/preacher who is gifted to illuminate the Word of God in a manner that even a child can understand.  His vision is to offer a holistic approach to ministry that equips people spiritually and prepares them for VICTORIOUS LIVING!  

 The mission of Victory Church is to Evangelize the lost through the Gospel of Jesus Christ, Exalt the Savior through worship, Empower the body of Christ through a holistic approach to ministry, where we are meeting the needs of the whole person, Equipping the saints for the work of ministry to build the body of Christ. 

 The Vision of Victory Church is to witness lives transformed by the Word of God, through the power of the Holy Ghost, and for members to experience true VICTORY in their daily living!
